Great lawyer, took care of business, great assistant

I knew my situation was somewhat unique but felt confident that Neil would guide me in the right direction after asking important questions. Once everything was set up -Gina stepped in guiding me thru the critical part-funding the trust so that it will work the way it is intended. I had so many questions and concerns but Gina was there every step of the way-checking in via phone, helping me fill out forms, mailing me a check off list so I could see my progress. I was involved with a very difficult, painful, and contentious divorce, and Francine Cohen Esq. in collaboration with her equally compassionate and caring colleague Olga Zagika, Esq, were, from the very first meeting, caring, compassionate, empathetic, understanding, and most importantly, expertly knowledgeable. Conclusion of my divorce action took almost 2 years due to the delays, unprofessionalism, and obstructive tactics of my ex-husband and his very ill-prepared and disorganized legal representative (who ultimately was replaced late in the process, thankfully, with a more professional attorney worthy of dealing with my outstanding representatives) - but all throughout that lengthy and difficult period, Ms. Cohen and Ms. Zagika distinguished themselves, and set a standard for excellence that was clearly recognized and appreciated in the end by the very understanding and compassionate judge involved with hearing my case. Highly recommend if you are in need of a Family Law Attorney. Francine was able to help me in one of the most difficult times in my life. She took over my case at a point where I felt hopeless and that i wasn’t able to be heard. I thought I had a very straightforward case that would be thrown out immediately and I came to learn there is absolutely nothing straightforward when you are dealing with Family Court on Staten Island and even the most ridiculous claims would be dragged out. Francine was able to take over the case and get me back on track to a point where it was finally settled and back to where things should’ve been in the first place. Francine was pleasant to speak with, very responsive when I had questions, she was compassionate, and most of all knowledgeable about the issues/laws/procedures we dealt with and was able to guide my case to a positive outcome after over a year of running in circles and paying fees after fees.
