Everyone was helpful and nice. It's a little confusing at the beginning when you have to work with different people at different times. The 3 main lawyers are smart and knowledgeable and care once you are able to get through to them. The one less star is because I had to keep worrying and keep calling to understand the next steps since I was not a lawyer, I was clueless of what is expected. At times i got different answers from different paralegals answering the phone. That got challenging at times to get the correct answers. At the end my case ended better than my expectations. Thank you!
