I got to tell you people, Dan is your best choice to resolve your traffic tickets in court with a awesome results. I highly recommend him, he got my 6 point speeding ticket knock down to a no parking offense. SIMPLE THE BEST !!!

My stress was lifted when I received a call from Judith Schwartz. She had good news, my Disability Retirement was approved. My employer denied my disability retirement. Judith explained the process very throughly. She told me that OPM sent the approval letter to Bell Law Group and that my copy should be coming soon. Bell Law Group (BLG) did a fantastic job of working with the employing agency and doctor to ensure a solid disability retirement package was submitted to OPM. BLG was able to navigate all the issues successfully. Application submitted to OPM 2/2018. Case approved 11/2018. Highly recommend BLG for federal disability cases.

I’ve never written a review, however after retaining Dan Johnston for a criminal case, I absolutely wanted to. Dan reached out to me quickly after I contacted him. I’d gotten a “criminal marijuana possession” ticket in Nassau County, Long Island, and was concerned for many reasons. One being that case would show up on any background check for a job interview for at least a year. From the start, Dan was very knowledgeable and compassionate towards my situation. He also put my mind at ease over case. I’m still amazed that Dan got my case to be expunged after 30 days instead of 12 months. I’d strongly advise reaching out to Dan if you’re in a legal bind and need a knowledgeable, passionate, no BS lawyer that’ll fight for you.

Do not recommend this firm. They keep changing their attorneys on you as they keep leaving the firm. The hourly rate and contingency is all a hoax. They will keep padding hours and bill you for work not done and keep enlarging the time of your case without your knowledge or consent with the opposition till they collect their $ 20-25000 from you. Then they will not care if you win or loose as they would have made their money. As for Mr. Bell himself please do not be fooled with the free consultation in which he will convince you that he specializes in your type of case to entice you.
