Very quick to take my case and my money. Then after a few hours they turned the case down, no complaints up until it was time to return my money. 4 days later and still waiting. Come on, a big law firm like yourselves should be able to figure a timely way to return a persons money.

When it comes to traffic court in central New York I highly recommend the nave team! They are always a text message away always communicating and are a fraction of the cost as most the upstate lawyers. If you want a professional experience where the charge is dealt with while you’re in the loop with constant feed back and at a great price go for the dwi guys! So far this team has gotten 2 of the three tickets I got completely dropped thanks Denise!

The DWI team were phenomenal !!! Calling and choosing them to help defend my case was the best choice I could have made for myself in the midst of all the chaos this charge brings your life. The team made things so much easier and broke things down to me in terms I could understand. Any time I had a question they were very responsive and knowledgeable to my specific situation. Heather Youngman was my divorce lawyer and the entire firm was always so helpful and attentive to anything I needed.She was upfront and honest about everything and always responded quickly to any questions and/or concerns I had ..Stayed consistent and didn't give up and she actually fights for you! I had an unusually lengthy divorce due to dereliction of duty to prior lawyers before her and an unreasonable ex and nightmare of an opposing attorney..Heather not only concluded my divorce quickly (within 5 months or so) after an astonishing 5 long years prior!! They are very kind they listened and answered every question that needed to be asked you could text call or email them and you most definitely will get your answer and I fault Comfortable my Experience with them was awesome under the circumstances I went through but I can tell you never again.
