Upon making contact with the team, was contacted with great speed! Got linked up with a local lawyer whom was apart of the group. Initial contact with the lawyer was good, when it came to the court date, he was more worried about closing the case and was very rude and short. Refused to provide the judge a written letter from my military command nor speak to the DA again during the day prior to court. Said there was nothing he could do! Following court, the lawyer office the DWI Team had me working with refused to return contact and provide paperwork I requested in regards to my case for my civilian employer. Overall the DWI Team is fantastic to work with, some of the lawyers they might link you up with become hard to work with and refuse to speak with you following the case closing/court date.

The firm did a great job. From the moment I called to the very end. Profesional, attentive, and focused on helping. Will use them again if need in the future.

Thieves! Wish I could give less stars. Hired them to represent me in Ithaca in a custody and eventually a criminal case due to their actions. Heather Youngman stinks. She got slapped down by the judge in Ithaca. The guy I had for the trumped up criminal charge left the law firm. These reviews are paid for: they are terrible. Crooks. Do not hire them. They over charged me for services and suddenly lost my email to dispute the charges. They are corrupt, ineffective and they will over charge you. STAY AWAY! The good reviews are bought and paid for. Over 10k and I still can’t see my kid cause they are too sensitive to take criticism. They are a complete joke. Seriously stay away! You have been warned. Find someone who will fight for you and not get offended when they don’t do their job. They are the worst!!!!!!!!!
