While traveling in West Virginia I had a firearm stolen. I reported it in West Virginia and also when I got home in New York. I live in Oneida County and because I was the victim of a crime judge Dwyer saw fit to seize all of my pistols and my permit.
Nave Law Firm counciled me and stood with me at my hearing. They did a superlative job. I now have my pistols back. I could not be happier. They understand exactly what the laws are and what they mean.

I had a situation where an unreasonable and irate police officer gave me 5 tickets for passing a car. Nave Law was the fastest to reply to my inquiry amidst the others in the region. Not only did they respond quickly but had the most reasonable estimate for my case amongst other firms. I was informed and guided through the whole processes and reached a conclusion I found amicable. I’d recommend them as your go to firm.
