In the beginning I was very satisfied with the firm. The longer I was out of work due to a car accident the harder finances became for my family. I have a disabled, veteran husband and 4 sons. We we're barely making ends meat. I went through oasis for some pre settlement funding. My attorney was rude about it, and took almost a week to get the documents back to them so they could fund me. When she finally did send said documents back they were not signed and did not have the supporting documents attached. I heard what she had to say about pre settlement funding but it was becoming hard to feed my family of six. I usually work 40 to 50 hours a week so we never have these issues. Oasis helped me keep my house and put food on the table. My attorney told me I was calling too much. Which in fact I sent her a email and she returned my call on a Sunday at 7pm. (It was bath time here for the lil ones) My attorney asked if I applied for help from the government. I explained they turned us down because we make $18.56 over in income. I never felt so shut out before. I recommend this firm only if you are single and wealthy. Only if you could afford to be out of work. I didn't feel heard nor understood.

Don't do buisness with these people. They are incompetent. Can't do their paperwork correctly. And won't accept responsibility for their mistakes. Think hard about paying your hard earned money to them to represent you in a court of law.

Confident, polite and understanding are the best words I can think of when I reflect on the relationship. You get the feeling that "They've got this. Relax." Best decision I made was to call them for a quote and setting up an appointment.

Joe did a really good job keeping me patient and calm. Bridgette became a friend to me by the end and was a life saver with communication regarding my no fault.
