If you need an attorney for custody, Rory is your guy! He is personable and I’ve had nothing but great experiences with him. He knows what he’s doing and is always prepared and professional. With all the clients/court cases he has, he gives you 100% all the time. Having him as my attorney gives me such confidence. There is so many good things I could say about him, going to court is already stressful but he makes it so much easier.

I cannot speak highly enough about Rory! He manages his client load so perfectly that he is able to give his clients personal service. This was critical for me. I needed someone that would take my family court case seriously and he did not disappoint! Simply put, he cares! Mr. Gilhooley is by far the best child custody attorney around. He takes the time to talk to you, is very truthful in regards to your case and VERY knowledgeable. He eases your mind and takes some of the underlying stresses away that come with these kinds of proceedings. I would recommend Mr. Gilhooley to anyone that ask for a great attorney with no hesitation and I have. He will fight for you better than anyone I know and he is a very down to earth person as well which makes the process much easier as well.

Rory will believe in you and fight for you. He listens to your concerns and he is honest with you. The whole process of divorce be difficult to comprehend for those who are not familiar with the legal system, but Rory explains it all and answers any questions you have going into it. You feel confident going into court each and every time because Rory takes the time to thoroughly prepare you. I had a mountain of evidence and Rory took time to go through it all and present it in court at the appropriate times. At the mid-point of my testimony in trial, I was awarded sole legal and physical custody of my children. This was the outcome that I knew was the best for my children in regards to their safety and well-being. As my case continues on, Rory continues to be the best advocate for what is right. I have recommended Rory to others and will continue to do so.

Ms hunt represented me for a time before for technical reasons we had to part paths. I'm dealing with a difficult family court case that she was with me for for a few months. I had submitted evidence to her that showed that the statement against me was false, but the device I had it recorded on was stolen. I contacted her as a final hope and she responded with in a few days with the evidence! This may seem like a random review but my time spent with Elizabeth was very positive! I have bad anxiety and Elizabeth helped me through every step, reminding me that I was innocent and to stay the course! I would recommend her to everyone!

The one negative or downfall I could ever have considered here is that the process, after hire til case resolved, is a bit hit and miss... Yet, This is one of few Law Firms, 3 in total - 2 being Local to Syracuse, NY I actually can and have truly trusted to represent Myself in the Court of Law. Not only the ability to represent such a larger scope of understanding and justice within the Court, yet also the instrumentative ability to actionably stand and be just as such! I couldn't have asked for more from this Legal Team and my Lawyers in such a dire situation to my personal being!
