Hired Mr. Gilhooley for a complicated full custody case. He was a bull dog— his communication is thorough and he’s quick to respond when you have questions. Worth every penny! Prepares you for trial and his case is always solid.

I hired Rory for my divorce and custody to take over my case after two hearings. I chose Rory because of his experience in law enforcement, and how understanding he was of divorces involving domestic abuse and violence. Rory took over with only 4 weeks to the next hearing. My previous attorney had agreed to temporary custody terms against my approval and Rory overturned these terms immediately. He advised me throughout the process and supported me during the pre trial and starting of the trial. His knowledge of the law but more specifically the psychology and dynamic of abusive marriages was crucial and incredibly welcome in my case. Rory was outstanding, very articulated and composed when trial started (despite the other’s party’s outbursts) and we settled this case. I am very happy with the outcome of this case and the divorce and custody terms. I will run back to Rory if I ever need his services again.

After making last minute decision in retaining Mr gilhooley for a family court case he only had a small window of time to prepare for my upcoming trial and gave 110 percent devotion to my case.
