I hired Jim about a year-and-a-half ago after being dissatisfied with prior legal representation. I have been very pleased ever since. He has handled the matter with great competence. We’re battling my ex-wife on multiple fronts, particularly over my young daughter. While we’re not done yet, he just successfully defended me in a bogus petition she brought trying to make me pay the bulk of my child’s private-school tuition, which her parents actually pay for. He eviscerated her on cross-examination without the judge once admonishing him for roughing her up (while managing to bring out the fact that my daughter was dropped off at school late 80 times in a single school year!) Jim is a velvet hammer. You should hire him.

As an attorney myself, I will never refer any clients to this attorney. The dismissive tone with which he spoke to a potential client was unacceptable and inappropriate. It is NEVER okay to talk down to anyone. Unprofessional.
