James Knox and the entire team at E. Stewart Jones Hacker Murphy were phenomenal to work with. Not only were they courteous and professional while helping my family and I navigate difficult times, but they were extremely knowledgeable in walking us through the process. I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with them and the dedication James showed to representing me.

I worked with Julie to help me reduce a traffic violation and was extremely impressed and comforted by her quick response and professionalism in handling the matter. Traffic tickets don't leave you a lot of time to respond, but within a day of talking with her the local DA was contacted and a letter was sent out from the firm requesting a reduction on the ticket. I was extremely happy with the results, a clean record with a minor fine and required defensive driving course - far better than the 5 points that would have been applied to my record! I'm grateful for the work that she did, this was luckily a smaller offense, but if I were to unfortunately ever have another reason to use a lawyer I would work with her again in a heartbeat.
