In 2021, I was in search of a malpractice attorney and at my last attempt of finding an attorney I came across Duffy and Duffy, PLLC on a Google search. I spoke with a representative in the evening and received a call from Mr. James LiCalzi the next morning. I explained my situation, gave him all the information I had, and he explained after hearing my story that the case would have to be filed in less than 3 months, which was a big stretch. Mr. LiCalzi didn't know it but I knew the deadline to file the case was approaching. By then I had already received three no's from three different law firms and in my mind I wasnt looking any further. Mr. LiCalzi explained that due to the complexity and sensitivity of this type of case, if he didn't take the case, he would explain his reason and what really happened to my child.
