Will not take a hard case, that’s why they have more time than the original attorney I contacted who didn’t have the time. Edit: Go to Dell and Dean. They actually reviewed our medical records before making a determination on whether they’d take our case or not and they did. Not only that, they explained it’s not the difficult case Duffy & Duffy made it out to be.

They don’t really take hard cases , they just throw you to another law firm with no explainations ,when they apparently win a lot of cases and one of the best.
