I hired Katherine when I was facing one of the scariest moments in my life for charges I was wrongfully accused of. From the beginning of the case she listened to me, did not judge me, and made sure I was kept apprised of every aspect of my case. She is tough in the courtroom too! Not afraid to fight back with DA and it was great to watch. In the end my case was dismissed and I am forever indebted to her.

I wanted to share my feedback with Duffy & Duffy. I had a great experience. At my first appointment my attorney showed up with all of these photographs and documentation. That was impressive! Michael Duffy was always prompt with replying to any questions that I had. I hope that I never have to use them again as they do medical malpractice and personal injury law. But if I do ever need them I won't hesitate to give them a call.

On the rare occasion Jim didn't have an answer at his fingertips, he would tell me he would find it and get back to me. He almost always got back to me by the end of the day or sooner. His experience and demeanor allowed me to be comfortable through every step of a long litigation. His frankness and his advice were a constant reassurance that he had everything under control even when I was at wit's end.
