I had an amazing experience using Duffy and Duffy. Frank Torres was my attorney and he was phenomenal. His legal assistant Crystal was amazing she stayed in touch with me the whole time. If I had any questions she answerd them right away or Frank answered them for me. He won my case because he did an amazing job prepping me for my deposition. Overall would use them again. 💯👍

Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the services provided. I had a mini stroke in September of 2021 due to an angiogram procedure that went bad and left me unable to walk. I was left with a multitude of symptoms that came only after the procedure was done. These symptoms are still ongoing and have not improved. It has severely impacted my day to day life. I assume the decision was based on the medical documentation that was requested from ONE source. I believe this source has inaccurately misrepresented the information i provided to them and they have omitted viable information in regards towards my condition and the events that have lead afterwards. Was the medical documentation from my primary doctor and his medical team also taken into account? They have clearly expressed on multiple occasions that my motor skills have deteriorated since the procedure. And that my symptoms are not acute but are coming from a vary obvious problem. I have to have a home health aide come everyday to basic errands, cooking, cleaning, bathing because i am unable to preform these basic tasks that came naturally to me just one summer ago. I literally skipped into the procedure only to be wheelchaired out. Im still in this wheelchair. I just don't understand what led to this decision. I literally have pictures of me walking and even eating at a restaurant, living my life as a normal person, 2 hours before the procedure. I'm just so disappointed that im not getting the justice i deserve and the people that put me in this situation are getting away with it scotch free. There really is no justice for the poor.

Engaged Duffy & Duffy to help with a car/bike accident that I was involved in (I was the one on the bike, unfortunately). I found Frank Torres to be responsive and professional and, more importantly, helped me obtain a settlement that was higher than I expected - without having to go through arbitration/litigation. Working with them was pain free and, although I don't plan to get hit by any more cars, If I do - would not hesitate to hire them again to help.

My husband reach out to your firm two months ago, to speak with a lawyer. You’ll asked him to send his documents over to be reviewed I never heard of no 45 day Grace period to take a case, youll should know of the back if you’re that good. He called and called and left messages and still got a run around. Not one lawyer called back not one. Then you’ll have one of your paralegals call back and say he don’t got a case. That’s something that should’ve been Discuss months ago. Very unprofessional I wouldn’t refer this firm to anyone. NOW THAT IM LOOKING AT ALL YOUR REVIEWS THIS HAPPENS OFTEN!!!!
