He is rude, wants to do all the talking (how them do you know what a client wants? ), and told US what he decided to do instead of asking if it was acceptable or getting permission! He needs to retire ,this is the 21st Century not cave man days

He showed excellent customer service. Although I ultimately did not need to retain him for his services, he was very willing to help me.
