Honestly the best lawyer you can hire. Nick really works with you no matter what the case. Literally got the case dismissed and sealed first court date when other lawyers keep extending court dates, Nick is the one to call. He picks up your call 24/7 no matter what day or time. Like everyone says. Not your regular attorney. Highly recommend!

Horrible lawyer and only care about clout and the money. Nicholas Rakesh Ramcharitar is a shark, and not in a good way, lying his way to be retained as a lawyer, claiming to be pro bono but than requested money for his services. He just wants high profile cases to put on this social media. I don't know how he has all these "good" reviews from but claiming a "98%" success rate is a bogus claim. Do not retain him as all he wants to do is take your money.

I found Nick on Instagram and used him as my attorney in the Bronx. From start to finish he kept me well informed and updated making sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the whole process. I’m a very busy individual and was worried about having to run to and from court dates, but with Nick I never had to do that at all. Nick was able to get my case (all charges) dismissed without me ever having step foot into a court room. With his customer service and outstanding results, there’s no way I’d ever look in the direction of any other law firm or lawyer.
