Mr Follender handled my divorce several months ago and he was incredibly professional, extremely competent and very sensitive to my situation at the time. I was understandably under stress and he always took the time to answer my questions and make me feel like it was all under control. I used James Follender for two closings. Not only did he save me money on the cost of the closings, but he resolved several issues which resulted in an additional savings of $5,000. My home was about to be foreclosed on, after trying numerous times to do a short sale in the past only to have the bank constantly take so long processing the paperwork, that the paperwork would have to be redone, which would result in me losing my buyer. This happened to me 2 previous times within a years time. So as you can imagine, I was very frustrated. Once I brought in Follender to help me with the process, he kept in constant communication with the bank to make sure all paperwork was being processed by them as needed, the process moved along finally, and the short sale went through thanks to his tenacity. Without him, my home would have been foreclosed. I couldn't recommend him enough!
