If you ever felt scared or embarrassed to file for bankruptcy protection as I have, please use Michael. From the first phone call to my discharge letter, Michael and his staff has put my mind at ease and not made me feel like a failure or like some of the letters I have received from debtors, a criminal. There are situations that arise in ones life that we cannot control for whatever the reason is. Michael understands that and will not judge you as others have. Filing for bankruptcy is never easy I suppose, but Mr. Schwartz's expertise and calm demeanor made the process as stress free as possible. His office and 'para' were knowledgeable and efficient with all communications answered in a timely manner, (which is important!). His "batting average" for favorable outcomes is super high and in Westchester County NY "he is the man".

After being taken in a real estate scam, I was left with approximately 1.5 million dollars of debt, in which I would NEVER be able to pay with my firefighter's salary. My uncle referred me to Mr. Schwartz, and I am more than satisfies with the results. It was a great relief to walk into his office, which is truly a "Judgement Free" zone. The office staff are friendly and courteous. The BEST part of the process is the payment terms. I was allowed to make payments via paypal, with NO PRESSURE.
