Hi , so needed help with a problem that had come up . I went to Proto, Sachs & Brown for help . I spoke with Andrew Proto .. He was very professional , respectful and so very courteous to me . He understood my case, told me not to worry and my case was solved in less then 2 months .anytime I called them , they called right back and put me at ease This is the type of firm that you would want to choose when needing help regardless of any situation . Proto, Sachs & Brown . They will never let you down .

I feel like they told me what I wanted to hear and not the truth. I kept getting the run around and ended up with more chaos then help. I would never hire them again. Very displeased on how they handled the situation and how immature they were about it. Worst experience hiring a lawyer.

I contacted them twice in a professional manner about my legal issue. They never responded. They ghosted me. EDIT...Their response below is very revealing in that they made sure to respond to this Google review but they still never made any effort to respond to, or address, my actual inquiry. It makes me question the veracity of their excuse. They seem to be more interested in curating their online reviews than professionally responding to legitimate correspondence.
