Carolyn Weiss was a pleasure to work with and have as my probate lawyer for getting the required documents filed with NY ancillary probate court for the closing of my inherited out-of-state real estate property. She was helpful, friendly, patient, sympathetic and understanding. She was also very knowledgeable, detail-oriented and resourceful. I reached out to Carolyn when I had legal problems with my cooperative. She handled everything and took care of it quickly. Carolyn also closed on that apartment for me. It was a long process but she was patient and efficient. If you need a real estate attorney, I highly recommend Carloyn Weiss.

I retained Carolyn for a Litigation after a purchase of a property went wrong. The Seller's attorney refused to return my Deposit... Carolyn took this case and got me the deposit back.. She kinda works in the background and sometimes you feel you need to know what's going on but trust me, She is taking care of business and she will make the situation for you less stressful..
