Carolyn helped me with a lengthy and drawn out acceptance to a building in Bronxville. It took five months to be approved by the board and through my frustrations and many unexpected snags in the process,

We recentlly purchased new construction from a builder who was not used to working with the buyers, as the project was incomplete. This made the late stages a little bumpier than standard (there's always a twist), but Carolyn handled the bumps and bruised egos with aplomb. She's been a resource, both generally and with respect to this specific closing, and we'd gladly work with her again. Of course with this review, we can recomend her wholeheartedly.

Called up with a specific HOA question about information privacy. Ms. Weiss was extremely professional and helpful. Even when she knew there was no case or anything legally to do she spent five minutes expplainie the law and that it would be 100% losing battle. Greatly appreciate the honest. Hopefully never have to use but would trust them in the future.

Gene and Kathy have been extremely helpful throughout the divorce proceedings. They take the time to discuss the process and provide advice. They are quick to respond to any of my questions and remained transparent in letting me know progress updates of the proceeding. After going through two lawyers with my divorce and not getting custody over my kids. I was about to give up before I met Mr Dougherty and Kathy his “paralegal”. Not did he only give me hope he did a miracle for me. He made sure I got all my rights and custody over my kids.
