As a landlord, although it is your building some of the procedures in the court system are simply unfair. Good tenants can give notice that they are leaving at the end of their lease and simply leave. If you have a bad tenant and give them the legal 90 day notice that you are not renewing their lease and they choose to fight it, It’s amazing how difficult it is to get them out. Many are simply professional liars, and unless you have been documenting situations throughout their tenancy and have a skillful attorney like Cindy Brown, you can be made to feel powerless over your own property. Take my advice don’t trust your common sense and don’t make decisions based on what you think is fair and will occur. Call Cindy Brown and let her be your GPS through court proceedings.

I had a terrible experience with this attorney's office. One of the lawyers was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He demanded payment upfront with a nasty attitude and didn't allow us to explain our situation. When we hesitated, he kicked us out of the office without giving us a chance to say a word. I felt disrespected and dismissed. I would not recommend this place to anyone seeking legal help.
