UPDATE: Got a call back from Peter Tilem apologizing on behalf of whoever originally answered and was extremely helpful in giving me the answers that I was seeking and was very professional!
Called trying to speak to someone about a background issue I am dealing with. Whoever answered the phone wouldn't let me finish a sentence before cutting me off, had an EXTREME negative attitude and was extremely rude and unprofessional. I get better interactions with McDonalds drive through.
