Unlike many others on here, I have had a horrible experience with my attorney, Randy Jacobs, who had called me to tell me not to call often. Rather leave a message and wait for them to get back to me as I was driving the "office staff crazy." The firms motto is to make sure that every client is taken care of. And have good relations with clients. This is my first time ever having to file for workman's compensation. In addition, I do suffer from various disabilities. And that is no excuse on my behalf. I have worked for many years in a professional position and did not care if I was called twenty times a day by the same person. I would call the person back and made sure I could answer questions with dignity. And I was so busy that I found myself working from 6:00am until 8-9pm. But, I always had empathy for my callers and made sure they felt comfortable. And last, I would not let my office staff put me in a situation to loose customers. I expected a high level of respect from my employees as well.

I had a brief experience with the firm. Although they couldn’t get the results I wanted, they made multiple attempts on my behalf. Moreover, after all attempts failed, they reached out to show concern. I’d tell anyone that they honestly care. I wish nothing but success to them.
