This was my first experience with the processes of workers comp and the journey at times were very confusing and upsetting. I can say with confidence that my interactions with the paralegal Evelyn Weinberger and Attorney Benei was that of exceedingly professionalism and empathy. In the beginning of the Coronavirus pandemic Ms/ Mrs Weinberger made sure to reach out to me to keep me informed about my case and took a genuine interest in my well being. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have had such a wonderful, knowledgeable, and personable legal team behind me. Honestly, all of my interactions with members of the Markhoff & Mittman legal team down to the receptionists have all been positive and informative. Response times (which is very important to me) have always been short which also brings peace of mind when dealing with such matters. In short, I highly recommend the services of this office and I can say with confidence you will not be disappointed.

I just started working with this law firm on my disability case. They are professional, patient, and prompt in their response time. My first contact was with Bradley Ferber. Bradley was very patient with me as I was very anxious when I spoke to him. He put me at ease, and made me feel confident in my choice of picking Markhoff and Mittman to represent me. Next I spoke to my advocate Lisette Calderon who was also professional and patient. Andrea Friedman has become a strong system of support for me during such difficult times. I am currently in the long drawn out process of custody with my daughter’s mother.
