Cabanillas and Associates is firm that lacks transparency and demonstrates no urgency towards your case. I felt Scammed By far is one of the most unprofessional law firms I have ever worked with. I paid a large amount if money for my case to be reviewed, they said it would take 7 days , but a month later and my case never was looked at . I asked for my money back do to the lack of interest in my case and Mr Cabanilla and his associate never answered calls or texts. Very unprofessional!!!! And unfortunately looking at the reviews this people are use to doing this to people, my question is why are they still practicing??

Kimberly Del Prado says she will call you. She doesn't. Two weeks pass by and I've sent several reminders. Still no call. They keep you in the dark and ignore you. I've asked for 1 phone call in the 2 years they've had my case and I get ignored and neglected, so its not like I'm a needy client. I just want to know what's up with my case after 2 years. I asked for her supervisor to call and I still keep getting ignored. Take your case to a law firm that actually cares about their clients rather than just making money.

Kimberly Del Prado has my case at The Disability Guys, and I can’t think of a more unprofessional rep. She straight up lies and says she will call…then when you ask for a supervisor because it’s been 2 weeks and no call, she continues to ignore you( despite numerous reminder texts to her) she just lies and says she will have her supervisor call. Then when the supervisor never calls your left not knowing what’s going on with your case. I would straight up, go somewhere else as if I were you, unless you like to be treated like your case doesn’t matter!

I wouldn’t go any place else. I can say if you call and need help someone will help and if they can’t at that minute someone will call u back..I’ve never waited more than a day.. I’m working with Kimberly Del Prada and Juan Garcia, when I felt uncertain on something they would reach out and explain what’s going on. I’ve never felt lost during this process. I keep the Disability Guys on speed dial just to give to people who tell me there having problems..

Cabanillas and Associates is an extremely overpriced firm that lacks transparency and demonstrates no urgency towards your case. I was able to DIY an uncontested divorce for 310.00 that Cabanillas and his shady Associates wanted to charge 3600.00 for. Their five star reviews are fake and paid for by Cabanillas himself.
