As a f/t caregiver to my mom, I don’t always have the time to read, research and ask questions directly to NYS Medicaid. Mr. Haner explained what is new, what was changing and what was best for my mom’s needs. Chris came into scene when everything was upside down with my father passing. Things were difficult with my father living in fla but owning home in ny. I had spoken to 3 other lawyers and they had no idea how to help me. Chris did and it took 2 weeks. Which could have held up in court and I could have lost the buyers. Chris called me to keep me informed the entire process.
I am thankful for him, and consider him to be the utmost professional and cool person.

Aaron was our adoption lawyer 33 years ago. He handled everything perfectly in an area where trust and follow through means everything. No financial matters were a problem in any way. Chris Haner takes all the time needed to clarify exactly what the legal documents are saying and what their impact will be. He is protective of what my mother wants in her will and other legal documents, explaining repeatedly to her and to me as needed. . . . The Woodbury office is beautiful and easy to access.
