Absolutely terrible operation whose legitimacy is questionable, especially noticed through their correspondence and debt collection processes. They need to seriously be investigated. They’re even charging interest on debts that they didn’t even own and got for pennies on the dollar. It’s despicable and everyone involved in the operation needs to seriously considering finding a new line of work just for the safety of your soul and morals. I’ll be happy to have my lawyer call them after I file bankruptcy to be rid of them for good, and if they try to come for me once my stay is in effect, the whole operation with crumble.

I am a victim of identity theft and frauds that someone opened the credit card with capital one and did some random shopping costs $2387 and I reported all of this incident and capital one denied any things wrong even though the evidence is in the credit report and I have to repeat the report and they are blind and deaf then stay away from capital one, they are fraudulent scammers.

I received a letter from my bank in December stating my account was frozen. I contacted Selip & Stylianou and was told it was against a judgment from 13 years ago. I told them I had settled it but after keeping the records for 10 years I discarded them 3 years ago. I called the original collection agency and was told it was to old and they do not have records and maybe the forgot to file the settlement. I asked Selip & Stylianou why I wasn't contacted ? I was told I have an attorney and notices was sent to him. I do not have an attorney !!!!! and the name they gave me he was disbarred in 2018. ?? They said they would investigate the case. I called for 3 weeks and each time I was told they were looking into it. Even the last call I told the same thing but they had already stole my $18,000. So without any notice/contact from them to me they stole my money. Then they sent me a check for $10 stating the took to much. They are liars and crooks Zero minus stars

Umm so I got a letter today for a debt I don't even have and the paper don't look legit. They seem very fake. There's no Date either when I owed this money. It just asked for my credit card info to pay for this debt I owed.
