Not a great fan but different stokes..

HORRIBLE!!! You try to contact them to work out a payment plan and they totally ignore you. All they want to do is get a judgment against you! They are rude and condescending.

Horrible experience with them, In the beginning everything was fine and once I missed two payments; the true colors came out by someone named David who doesn't even handle my case. I told him that someone had whipped out my account due to credit fraud and I would pay back them back this month (November). Out of all my debt collectors they all understood and said they would freeze the account until it was handled. I thought they would show compassion because I'm never late on my bills and I always pay on time. Yet I get mail from them last night saying I have to go to court. Now I see why they always get sued in the long run!!!!

I have had good experiences with this law firm - they are a debt collector. They do not need to be "nice". You owe money to a company, they take over the payments. Their only job is to get what is owed to others. I honestly don't expect them to ever do any of the things they have for me - they have always been very helpful when I can't make payments and willing to adjust my payment plan. They did call me once at work, due to me providing my work number. I requested they not call me here and they removed the phone number and haven't called me since. I have been served twice with papers, but a quick phone call with the law firm and they wrote me out a new payment plan. People will call these "scare tactics" which yes, they are, but I owe money. I spent money I didn't have and I need to pay it back. Sometimes a little terror is the only way to get things across. Now, I will say I have not fully paid off the debt I owe so I can't speak for how this all wraps up in the end, but hopefully, thanks to the FOURTH payment plan they've happily set up for me, I will still be satisfied and not have any of the negative experiences others have. I'm determined to have this debt paid off. Updated 10/24/2018: As of last week, my debt is fully paid off. My account showed a zero balance a day after my last payment, and Monday of this week when I tried to log in to see if there was any new paperwork for me my account was gone off the website. I got a letter in the mail yesterday that my debt was paid in full! I appreciate how much Selip and Stylianou worked with me to help me pay off my outstanding debt. Great to have this monkey off my back now!

They are not forthcoming or honest when working with clients. They are bullies and let you know verbatim that they don't care about your other bills. They will tell you that you have a certain 'grace period' to pay a bill beyond its due date but will then turn around and send your debt to the City Marshal if you're even a day late. After dealing with them, I found they have been sued in the past. I'm not surprised. With any luck, this business will not exist in the next five years.
