Allan was our attorney for the closing on our house and saved us thousands due to his attention to detail. In the final version of our contract, Allan added a redlined clause to ensure any water damage in the house was to be repaired prior to finalizing the sale. Upon walk through, the day before closing, we noticed a crack in the foundation with a slight leak. The home owner did not want to delay and agreed to take money off the purchase price. I would recommend Allan to all my friends and family and I’m so grateful for his help!
