My closing was very smooth and their was no surprises whatsoever. As a first time homebuyer you are always nervous that something was miscalculated or will arise. Katrina was calm, cool, collective and put my needs first. She explained all the documents as I was signing my life away. During the process her response to my emails was within an hour. I have had real estate agents that you have to chase down for return calls. If I had to buy another home I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again!
