Yes he is as GOOD as it GETS! I met James Dibbini in 1999 through a referral. I am a property owner of multi family units and needed someone to help with Tenant Landlord issues. As a landlord you always face instances where you need to call in a PRO and James is my man! Not only is he Smart, Professional, Conscientious, Informed, Effective, Helpful, etc, etc...he is ALWAYS available for you when you call. A very rare trait these days when everything has gone electronic. It's extraordinary to be able to do business with a person who actually takes your phone call! I've used Jim's office for a number of tenants in Yonkers. The previous landlord had filled the building with bad tenants prior to putting the building on the market, just to fill the rent roll. Jim came through and cleared out the non-paying tenants, so I could fill the building properly and get some cash flow. Jim knows NY and Yonkers law, and has been extremely helpful in putting together an airtight lease and documenting rent increases for DHCR. If you're a landlord in NY, it's pretty essential to have someone like Jim in your corner. It's just a fact of doing business here.

We purchased our first house last week in Westchester and was introduced to the firm by a friend. We worked with Joe and could not ask for a better experience.
