We scheduled a phone meeting. They didn't call at the scheduled time. I tried calling them but it went to voicemail. So I sent them a message the next day asking what happened. Then they told me, "The day got away from them. Can we talk today between 4pm-5pm?" I said, "Sure." And then, once again, they didn't call me back. What the heck?!
I wouldn't trust them with my case. They can't even keep their schedule straight. Only an idiot would choose an attorney that doesn't show up to a scheduled meeting, twice!

James Dibbini & Associates represented us in a holdover case. It was a protracted case due to the covid eviction moratorium.

We worked with John Di Bari and Lav Patel on the closing on our house and I would highly recommend them and would work with them in a heartbeat. They were both responsive in answer any questions as well as explaining in plain words what the contracts meant and what we had to do in the process. As this is our first house we were learning it as we went and they were invaluable in the process.
