Yes he is as GOOD as it GETS! I met James Dibbini in 1999 through a referral. I am a property owner of multi family units and needed someone to help with Tenant Landlord issues. As a landlord you always face instances where you need to call in a PRO and James is my man! Not only is he Smart, Professional, Conscientious, Informed, Effective, Helpful, etc, etc...he is ALWAYS available for you when you call. My father and I have delt with Mr. Dibbini for over 20 years and we have always had good experiences with his firm. They do their do diligence and are extremely responsive.
