We hired James Dibbini to handle the sale of our home and to purchase a new home. From beginning to closing the service we received could not have been any better. When we called with questions we were able to speak to Jim or his associate Gaetano Bizzoco and get the answers we were looking for. From the receptionist to the attorneys, the office was a pleasure to deal with. The office is highly qualified to handle either commercial or residential real estate. Even though it took me over 6 months to get rid of my tenant, this law firm make it happen. Its seems to be Yonkers judges are pro tenant. I really want to thank Ms. Victoria Gerico for all her help. She answered all my questions and returned all my phone calls and while with my frustration.

Mr Dibbini James. He is really hungry, there is no limit to his greed. I had a bad tenant he wanted to charge me 3 grand to start. Wanted to pay him even before hearing me out or listen to my case. He is there for a total business for his own interest first then maybe for the client, well I was so stupid I still hired him because I saw all these reviews probably written by his friends or family. So he took my money sent some new attorney on my hearings charged me extra 250 for each hearing I end up paying him almost 6 thousand and wasted 4 months and end up in trail. Then he asked for more. I fired him at that point. I'm writing this review so others like me can find some one better who cares for client a little more than his money. Very very disappointed actually more disappointed and mad at him than my tenant. At least my tenants are open about who they are they are openly bad and he pretends to be good but he will stab you on your back. Do not hire him he is just like a used car dealer.

Only care about money

Mr. Dibbini is a true professional and he get’s the job done. He walked us through the variance application on our property and explained his approach on getting it approved. Thanks to his expertise we were able to get our variance approved which increased our property value. We highly recommend his services. You won’t be dissapointed by having him on your side.
