My husband and I had been having a number of issues with our landlord. The problem was, our lease didn’t allow for an early termination and we didn’t think it would be possible to break the lease and get out early without paying an exorbitant amount in fees. Well, Jim and his team proved us wrong! Not only was Jim’s service reasonably priced, but he got us out of our lease without paying a dime in lease break fees! He is truly a master in his craft and extremely knowledgeable. Above all of this, Jim is personable and friendly, he really made us feel at ease throughout the entire ordeal. I would highly recommend you using Jim Dibbini for all of your real estate attorney needs.

If there was a higher rating than 5 stars, Jim and his team would have it. Jim and his team are the most knowledgeable, professional, and responsive attorneys I have ever worked with. He is truly devoted to his clients and makes you feel heard and protected. I know all circumstances and outcomes in the legal world are never the same as your situation is bound to be different than ours, but Jim and his team won’t back down from a fight, they will make sure you don’t just feel but know that you’re in the best hands, and they will work their hardest for you and for the outcome you seek. I can't give a more positive endorsement of Dibbini & Associates. After 8 months receiving no rent from our single family home with one tenant; I called 6 Westchester law firms. None would take our case due to the eviction moratorium. Not only did Dibbini take our case, Associate Kunal Yadav, took our tenant to court 2 times and was relentless for payment collection and justice. We eventually received 13 months rent thanks to his efforts. Dibbini is the only firm still fighting for landlord rights in Westchester through New York’s maddening eviction moratorium, which incidentally has since been deemed illegal by the US Supreme Court.

James Dibbini & Team were available when necessary. We spoke 2 times prior to ever being asked for any payment. Prices for litigation were reasonable and explained thoroughly. Advice that was provided was professional, accurate, and made purchaser & I confident that we were in the right of the law to pursue litigation. We never felt pressured, but instead felt like we were family to Jim. Jim did an excellent job of making us feel comfortable about our decision in retaining his services to pursue litigation. In reconvening recently with Jim, he advised that if anything goes array after seller has agreed to move forward, that him & his team are ready to litigate for us. 5 Stars PLUS...Definitely a team of superstars ready to take on those whom try & take advantage of others. First time Home Buyer I would like to appreciate the dedication of Lav Patel to the little details on our journey as slightly "naive" first-time home buyers.
