This is not the 1st time in my life that I had to engage with a law firm. I have dealt with a few attorneys in the past 30 years But it's easy to say that if I ever need any sort of legal help moving forward to do with business or realestate James Debbini and Associates will be my only call.. I had the Pleasure of working with the owner Jim He took his time explained everything to me to make sure I was well informed before I made any decisions He gave me the best advice possible Then I had another issue which I need legal help with again I explained my situation to him and then connected me with one of his attorneys Bobby Banks which again has been on top of everything from day one keeps me informed of everything that's going on He is responsive and well aware of my case every time I reach out. This guy is SMART. I will definitely recommend this law firm for anyone that needs help give these guys a CALL.

First off I would like to say James G Dibbini & Associates are amazing. Mr.Dibbini helped me form my LLC and helped me understand how a business is structured. He also explained to me about business taxes and insurance and how important it is to protect my money by having a business account separate from your personal account. Lav Patel also helped me review the documents once they was processed through the state and he made it easy for me to understand how NYS has different tax jurisdictions and how to calculate the taxes into the items I’m selling for the business. I’m very grateful for them taking the time to help me and fully explain the process to me and answering my questions 😊 I definitely recommend their service.

My wife & I recently purchased our 1st home & this firm was recommended by my mother in law who used the same firm when she purchased a home as well. Lav Patel was assigned to us & we couldn't be more satisfied with the job he did for us. He was was very attentive & listened to all our concerns. He responded via email if he was not able to talk on the phone in a very timely fashion. Lav's level of professionalism is unmatched. He went to bat for us with opposing counsel as if we were family. On the day of our closing, he even posed for pictures with my wife & although they both had masks on, I could see him smiling through the mask. This firm is very lucky to have him & so were we.
