This had been a very stressful time, as a first time home buyer, trying to evict a tenant that hadn’t paid rent in months. The strategy of the team helped to expedite the process. Great Law firm to deal with. Met with James to begin our 1031, Erwin Vencer handled our case day to day and was a huge asset to us.
