Horrible horrible lawyer who needs to be disbarred. Has to be the dumbest man alive. If he cared about his clients like he does his motorcycles he would be a good. Just like everyone says if you get jason goins as your lawyer you're goins to jail.

Mr.Goins is an outstanding, caring lawyer. He will do everything possible to help you.

I HAVE KNOW MR GOINS FOR SEVERAL YEARS HE IS PLEASANT AND SO IS HIS STAFF. HE IS A GREAT ATTORNEY

I started this review years ago and left it in a word doc. I thought long and hard about posting this review for many years. I couldn’t shake his unprofessional behavior. I couldn’t shake the behavior of his secretaries. I paid Jason over $3200 for a custody case. I provided a large white binder containing all the evidence we needed for the case. Jason stated I had a sure case for full or at least joint custody.. After a month of having the binder, I asked if they had made the 3 copies of everything in this binder. I was told yes, however when I came by to pick up said binder, they could not locate the binder or the 3 copies. After several days, the binder was located but they couldn’t locate the copies. I stood in the office for a long time waiting for a secretary to make the 3 copies and return my binder to me. I wanted to make sure to have a contingency, therefore I spent over an hour at the library making FOUR copies. This was not cheap as it was .25 cents per page. I wish I was kidding when I tell you that Jason called me weeks later, stating they couldn’t locate the copies and asked that I bring the evidence in again. I brought a set of the copies, watched as the secretary made 3 copies of every page, then I left. More than a week passed and it was the night before our hearing, Jason calls me again saying they misplaced the evidence again and needed me to bring the binder. I met Jason at my apt because he was coming out of Greensboro. I had an associate take me to Jason’s office as my car was broke down. I sat in his office for a very long time waiting on him to make 3 copies of everything. Afterwards, he sat across from me in his office as he’s eating chicken while he thumbs through the pages and marking them with sticky notes. I let Jason know that I needed to get ready for work and had to leave. He asked that I leave the binder, but I declined stating that he and his secretaries have misplaced the binder along with the multiple copies more times than I was comfortable with. I explained that he just made 3 copies of everything and should be in good standing. Jason became outraged. He stood up, lifted his chair and slammed it down saying I was going to cost him HIS case. I asked him to calm down, explained that there was no need in acting like this, and that I was leaving. He stood on the porch of his office, both fist bald up yelling at me as I was trying to get into my associates car. My associate even asked that Jason calm down. My associate asked if I would consider firing Jason, but after all that I spent on hiring Jason, I knew that I couldn’t get that money back. I felt stuck in a terrible situation. The following day I arrived early and his main secretary (short hair) told me they misplaced the evidence yet again. I handed them all of the copies I made at the library, along with the binder and allowed time for this to be copied 3 more times, just encase. With my modification in 2017, I filed as an indigent, was not represented, the defendant was represented, yet I was given everything I asked for including Joint custody. Jason never apologized for his actions. I'm a softhearted and forgiving person by nature, but I never forget.
