I'm not an attorney, but I know I probably could've gotten the same deal on my traffic ticket than this attorney. When I was calling around to find an lawyer to represent me in my case, they said they would more than likely get it reduced to an improper equipment violation since it was my first offense. Low and behold they get the speed reduced 8 mph and I still get 3 points on my license and 2 insurance points. I should have been notified that this COULD happen and I probably would've ponied up for a more aggressive attorney. This one is a status quo type and I'm left to figure out what to do next.
