Went for a consultation and Mr. Goins handled our matter right then and there and represented us in court the very next day. He had the charges dismissed without us even having to go before the judge. Highly recommend! Reasonable rates!

BEST LAWYER IN TRIAD AREA OF NORTH CAROLINA!! He is very argumentative and truly wants the best for his clients. His demeanor may be intimidating to some which helps in the end because he uses that to his advantage.He truly takes the time on a personal level to get to know who you are as a person to better understand his clients situation, that’s what I like about him he will defend you to his fullest ability. We were going to take it to trial and I would have been satisfied with unsupervised probation but even better we didn’t even need to take it to trial. The cops were too intimidated to speak on behalf because he called them out for the false allegation of me “resisting arrest” and the DA had no comments to make regarding the dismissal. I ended up walking out with a sense of relief thanks to him- getting all of my charges dismissed but pleaded guilty to one underage drinking with the lowest possible court fee of $25 to pay. He actually knew the judge which also helped a lot on my part he was able to shed light to the fact that I have endured a lot of struggle along my life and it really helped me out a lot. RECOMMEND HIM WITHOUT A DOUBT. He’s the man for the job! A blessing!!! NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THIS MAN

I was looking for a lawyer to take on my case dealing with child custody and a 50b not only did Jason take my case that was set for the next day, but basically made everything go in my favor! The best interest of the child anyways. I love his receptionist they are very nice and they have basically become a second family ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ❤️

Mi hermano Se comunicó con la recepcionista para averiguar su caso por una infracción de velocidad y muy groseramente le contestó que ella no se hacía cargo de eso de mandar avisar ala gente lo q pasaba ya que la que se encargaba de eso otra recepciónista andaba de vacaciones por lo que mi hermano le dijo que porque no le dijo con tiempo eso y le contestó muy altanera y grosera que el abogado llegaba ala 1 pm y mi hermano le pregunto que qué iba a pasar entonces y ella le dijo que no sabía de eso , y mi hermano le dijo que porque contestaba así groseramente y ella le colgó la llamada quiero decir que porque ponen a ese tipo de gente en esos lugares si no tienen modos de tratar a la clientela, ahhh! Pero si quiere que se le pague todo el dinero desde el primer día que va uno y ya después te manda ala fregada

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The receptionist is so rude. She talks to you like if you were stupid and acts like she don't care what you're calling about and when you try to explain she acts like you're talking no sense.

I had a consultation with Mr. Goins and he acted completely uninterested. He didn't bother to read the whole document about which I brought seeking help. He made me feel entirely unwelcome and as if I was infringing on his time. I left the office nearly in tears because of the way he made me feel. I'm a highly sensitive person, so maybe he was just having a bad day and I took it to heart- I don't want to discredit him as a defender. This is just my experience within less than 5 minutes of meeting him.
