I would recommend Shawn all day every day! He not only remained professional during our conversations, he was able to get the custody modification with all of my requests implemented for the best interests of my child!!! He and his secretary, who I refer as, BOSSLADY, never once misplaced my evidence! This was a breath of fresh air tbh!

Shaun Hayes was supposed to represent me in a simple divorce. Upon the appointment, I was told I had to pay before the papers were filed. Wrote a check to Shaun Hayes. Months later, I received a phone call from Shauns receptionist to inform me that Shaun is no longer practicing law and I need to come pick up my papers that were at the office. I was fortunate that the receptionist helped me with how to file the divorce papers at the court house, which cost me more out of pocket expenses. (What I paid Shaun Hayes for). It was a simple divorce! Only to get to court representing myself and to hear the judge disrespect every person there trying to represent themselves for divorce. I never received a refund or explanation only that he is no longer practicing law. However, he’s STILL is practicing law!
