Mr. Messer and Sarah were both wonderful. This was my first time facing any legal trouble and they both always took the time to explain things that I did not understand. They are both very professional and respond very promptly with both of them having a very strong understanding of the law.10/10 would recommend them both for anything you face.

Ted Bensen represented me on a speeding charge. After consistent and clear communication being able to talk via text or phone at any moment the conclusion came easily. All I had to take is one driving class and Ted was able to figure everything else out. All charges were dismissed, no points and no court fees!! Incredibly thankful.

In may 2023, my ex fiancé and I were roofied while out in Black Mountain. We ended up reporting our car as stolen because the events from the evening were hazy and we did not remember driving it! My ex , Jason yelled at the cops and was extremely disrespectful so they came after ME-as the car was registered in my name and they couldn’t get to him. He was pretty unapologetic anyways sadly. They charged me with falsifying a police report which was a bogus and untrue charge as I am a professional without any record and would never lie to the cops. Al Messer was very professional, understood the misunderstanding and gravity of the situation. He got the whole bogus case dismissed! I can’t say enough good things about Mr. Messer and his professional demeanor and attitude. Thank you so so much! 5/5 stars!

Dread, anxiety, fear, and uncertainty are all valid feelings when you have to face the criminal justice system. However, you don't have to encounter this process all alone. Al Messer was transparent with me from the first conversation, explaining his background and experience. Both Al and his legal assistant Sara were communicative and passionate, showing they really do care for the wellbeing of others. Ultimately the outcome of my situation was a win, without getting too personal. I am more than satisfied, I am ecstatic to move on with my life. P.s- Al is not a hugger. I tried.

Mr. Messer represented my godson. We had never been through anything like this and I was panicked. I began to look online for attorneys.
