When I realized that I needed to file for bankruptcy, I was very upset with myself and the situation. I googled local attorneys and decided to call Worley and Peltz. I was met with kindness and understanding. Amita Peltz was my attorney. She immediately put me at ease and I felt a sense of relief that I had not felt for a long time. She handled everything with ease and confidence.

This is a Law Firm in Asheville North Carolina that only deals with mortgage loans on construction of homes and business. They are very efficient and have all your paperwork ready to sign. The staff are very nice also. I hope you have as good of an experience as we have had with closing on your new home.
