My husband and I were referred to this law office for the closing on our new home. We are from another state and knew no one. Other than getting an email reading "see attached" and my husband's appearance at closing that's the only true communication we had with this office. Not one reached out to introduce themselves. Not one reached out to thanks us. Not one reached to me after I sent an email asking that someone please call me. I hope their handling of my documents was much more efficient than their communication skills.

Update: After I left the below review Mr. Peltz reaches out to me with a phone call. He was genuinely concerned about our experience with his firm and wanted to better understand where our frustration had come from and seek input on how to avoid this in the furniture. While our experience was less than ideal I am impressed with a company owner committed enough to his customers to reach out in this way. It was far easier to ignore the review than to take the time to call an unhappy customer. I thank him for that effort. Original Review: I honestly do not know where the ratings of this firm come from. They were recommended by our realtor and a friend. And we used them to close on both our current and new home. There was absolutely no communication from them at any time unless we chased them, and then we were treated like as though we were the rude ones. This was in an instance when we had to have a check for closing at 9AM and it was 4:45 the evening before...and then again when they owed us a check from closing and it was nearly 5PM. Overall the experience was poor and the staff was generally rude to us for no apparent reason other than we wanted information critical to our closings.
