Going through a separation is a very stressful and dreadful experience. You really have no idea what direction to take or even what steps need to be taken during this time. I was recommend, by a friend, who had previously used Mr. Siemens and highly recommended me to speak with him concerning my matter. I made the phone call and had an initial phone interview with Mr. Siemens. It felt like he immediately gave me a since of understanding and direction that I needed to take. I immediately hired Mr. Siemens to guide me through this very complex time of a divorce. Mr. Siemens tried, from the very start, to resolve this situation before we went to court. I am very proud the way he and his assistant Dorothy worked so very hard to get my case settled. Unfortunately, with my spouse, court was the ultimate decision for this case. Mr. Siemens and Dorothy put together my case and these two had everything under control. I had no worries during court with this team. Jim is direct and to the point. Very amazed to he how Mr. Siemens handled himself in the courtroom. Thank you again Mr. Siemens and Dorothy for getting me through this very hard time in my life. You guys are a lifesaver.

Was looking for a marriage resolve

My experience over the course of a 20 month long battle with a future ex-husband has been flawless. I never went a day without a response when I had a question and Jim and his staff truly have your best interest at heart. Jim and his staff are fast on their feet and know the law and all of the delicate details surrounding it and that is what you want! I would not hesitate to use him again in the future or refer a friend to him. Responsive, professional, quality service.

Why are people giving this guy positive reviews?? My goal was very simple. I needed to know if my divorce decree would help or hurt me. I prepaid the $300 for an hour of his time.. He looked over it for a few minutes and said we should move forward then asked for his 5k retainer. The rest of the meeting was awkwardly filled with talking about COVID and his hot tub repairman. He must have looked at his watch half a dozen times. If Jim spent that prepaid hour asking a few simple questions pertaining to the decree we would have found out it was fatally flawed. The end result.. I lost two houses. Please please learn from my mistake and do not hire this man! -Ron
