Wow! Amazing!! I am writing my review because I am skeptical when I receive auto solicitations in the mail, and I know that others are too. I decided to take the chance on going through with their offer based on ALL the other 5 star reviews… not one of the reviews I read was negative, and that says a lot. I drive a certain strip of WNC on 1-26 from the TN border into Asheville every day for work. I have not once been pulled over in this location, never been assessed a speeding ticket in the state of NC, and my last speeding ticket was over a year ago in TN, and prior to that only one other speeding ticket within the past 20 years. So my record is good and worth protecting, and my auto insurance has already increased by $45 monthly due to a not-at-fault/hit & run while parked minor collision. I was clocked at 86 in a 65, though the officer made sure to be snide with me that it was actually 55 in that zone but not posted 🤷🏻‍♀️. I don’t appreciate the condescension, nor not even considering letting me off with just a warning given my record. Given all that and the stress of a court appearance, time off work, worrying about my record and auto insurance rates, I was thankful for how smooth, easy, seamless and painless the iticket process was!! Literally no time burden on me at all to fill out their simple online intake forms! They handled everything, and they even negotiated with the court almost immediately rather than the 2 months until my court date. They negotiated down to Improper Equipment fine and closed the case in less than 5 calendar days from initial case review (the morning following my payment to them). I still had up to 3 weeks following the original court date to pay the court costs of $266. Attorney Westall in Asheville and Jen Anjella, Legal Assistant were friendly and very helpful and succinct in their messages to me. All was handled via email and text message which was super convenient to me. Highly, highly, highly recommend!! And I would hire them again in a heartbeat if I’m ever faced with the same situation again.

Attorney Pittman and his whole team were absolutely wonderful! They kept me informed through the entire process. He got me a Home Run outcome and for that I feel it's $ well spent.

Very quick and responsive, got my ticket resolved with no points even with an out of state license! 10/10 would use again if needed, they couldn't have made the process easier!

So easy to work with! Just communicated via text or email. They kept me up to date. The got my infraction reduced to one that will not impact my insurance or put points on my license. Highly recommend
