I have been working with Jim and his team since early 2012. Together we continue to advocate for the mental and physical well being of my exwife's and my 9 year old daughter. This ordeal has included managing a high conflict separation, litigating a equitable distribution, squashing unreasonable claim to alimony and currently maintaining sole custody of the child. This case is highly emotional, of high conflict and has been through many rounds of arbitration, litigation, criminal allegations and gone all the way to the NC state court of appeals. Through it all Jim and team have been focused on treating both sides with respect, worked to minimize conflict providing a great environment for the child and given all the courts involved the information to reach the right decision time and time again.
