I cannot imagine having a better legal experience than with Jim. I am a Big Brother, and through an introduction by Pisgah Legal Services, Jim volunteered to represent my 'Little Brother's' best interest pro bono in an adoption. It was a complicated case that I'm sure extended considerably longer than the norm, and Jim was not only legally proficient, he acted with graciousness, courtesy and professionalism in every instance. I accompanied him to a hearing and it was clear that all courtroom personnel, from the Judge to the Clerk, held Jim in high esteem. I would always consider Jim as my first choice for counsel in his fields of expertise and unqualifyingly recommend him.

Took money from me up front .... several thousands .... I decided not to go through with divorce and even though I didn’t use the money in my account he refused to give me my money back!! I wrote the NC state bar and they made sure I got my money back!!!! I find that HIGHLY DISHONEST AND CROOKED!!!!

In every way this was a better experience than I was expecting. Divorce and separation is probably always messy but it felt a lot less messy with Jim Siemans and his team on my side. He was professional, capable and dedicated. In addition to which he was kind and patient. Which given my ex-partner, sometimes must have been a task. I can't recommend him enough.

Jim is fair honest, and deeply cares for his clients. You can see it on his sleeve. He is informative of the process, and works hard to keep cool heads and the higher road. I highly recommend him for your family law needs.
